UVlamp

Controller/timer for UV device that can be used to etch with UV rays. Main electronic components are the controller, relay and LCD boards. LCD must be 2-line and 16 characters per line wide. The project also requires  5 VDC, 150 mA, stabilized power supply (see Hardware/AC-DC), 3 buttons input panel and an optional buzzer. Of course, fluorescent UV bulbs and digital ballast modules are important as well. Controller triggers UV bulbs on preset time, to photo-etch the photosensitive surfaces/materials.

How to get it

Based on provided materials, you can make one on your own. This is a prototype and production is limited. Please, use the contact form if you willing to buy any of the components and/or if questions arise.

Further work

Next step is to construct external case of the device, so it becomes fully functional product. It pretty much depends on interest and received support.
